Aegis Living Bellevue Overlake is hiring an Associate Care Director to lead caregiving operations for our elderly residents and supervise care staff. Under the Care Director, you will support ADLs and medication passes, while coordinating staff schedules to ensure safe resident care.

Are you a Caregiver that is looking for a leadership role?

Aegis Living Bellevue Overlake is looking for an Associate Care Director to provide quality care to our elderly residents and leadership to our care staff. The Associate Care Director (ACD) is an integral member of the health care team. Under the general direction of the Care Director, the ACD assists with the implementation of all care (ADLs) functions and medication passes in AL and LN communities as well supporting scheduling of care staff to ensure safe resident care.

Schedule: PM Shift 2pm-10pm, Tuesday-Saturday

Qualifications

• Strong organization and time management skills
• Skilled at building positive relationships with residents and other care team members.
• Strong computer skills.
• Skilled at working with teams and effective communication techniques (oral and written).
• Skilled at building positive relationships with residents and families.
• Ability to maintain resident confidentiality.
• Must be willing to take 2-step TB test
