Job summary

WW Clyde & Co. is seeking an Asphalt Paving Superintendent for the Arizona Area to lead paving crews, ensure safety, timeliness, and quality on projects. A $10,000 signing bonus is available for qualified candidates.

You will plan daily paving work, supervise operators, monitor quality, coordinate with managers and inspectors, and mentor crew members to maintain high standards and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading asphalt paving crews.
• Knows how paving equipment and asphalt mixes work.
• Can read plans and follow DOT standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license; able to work nights/weekends if needed.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

We’re looking for an Asphalt Paving Superintendent to lead paving crews and keep projects running smoothly. You’ll make sure jobs are done safely, on time, and to quality standards.
