Job summary

Rug Doctor, LLC is hiring a full-time Area Service Representative (ASR) in Carrollton, TX. The ASR will deliver products, service display/equipment, and provide superior customer service to retail accounts on an assigned route.

The position requires overnight travel 1 to 2 nights per week and 38–40 hours, Monday through Friday, with Saturday as needed. The ASR is responsible for keeping rental displays clean and stocked, inspecting and servicing machines, and implementing improved processes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Lift/raise up to 50 lbs from ground to higher levels.
• Able to work in different climates - hot, cold, etc.
• The ability to drive a vehicle for consecutive hours in day.

Responsibilities

• Route requires overnight travel, 1 to 2 nights a week; depending on company needs.
• Inspect, clean and service rental machines at each stop.
• Ensure rental display is clean, stocked and maintained at multiple retail locations on the route.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Rug Doctor on the road.
• Maintain and follow company standards while working independently.

JOIN THE RUG DOCTOR CLEAN TEAM: Area Service Representative #239

Rug Doctor is hiring afull-time, Monday-Friday, Area Service Representative (ASR), and is seeking a responsible, self-starter to provide delivery of products and the service of display/equipment, while providing superior customer service to established retail accounts. Route requires overnight travel, 1 to 2 nights a week; depending on company needs.

The Area Service Representative ensures that the rental display is clean, stocked and well maintained at multiple retail location on an assigned route. The service stop includes inspecting, cleaning and servicing rental machines. As needed will implement new and improved process and procedures. The Area Service Representative projects the confidence and safety of Rug Doctor, while extending customer friendly service to those who use and benefit from our products and services. The Area Service Representative accomplishes this in a way that is consistent with the Rug Doctor Mission Statement.

• Meet physical requirements - bending, stooping, kneeling, lift/raise up to 50lbs from ground to higher levels, and manually push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work in different climates - hot, cold, etc.
• The ability to drive a vehicle for consecutive hours in day.
