Job summary

Rug Doctor, LLC is hiring for a full-time Area Service Representative (ASR) to manage delivery and servicing of display equipment across multiple retail locations. The role includes overnight travel every two weeks as needed.

The ASR will keep rental displays clean, stocked, and well-maintained; inspect and service machines; and deliver exceptional customer service while representing Rug Doctor on the road. This position suits self-starters who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Meet physical requirements – bending, stooping, kneeling, lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work in different climates – hot, cold, etc.
• Ability to drive a vehicle for consecutive hours in a day.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rental display at multiple retail locations on assigned route.
• Inspect, clean and service rental machines during stops.
• Ensure display and machines are clean, stocked and well-maintained.
• Provide excellent customer service to retail accounts on route.
• Demonstrate the Rug Doctor mission in daily activities.

JOIN THE RUG DOCTOR CLEAN TEAM: Area Service Representative #417

Rug Doctor is hiring afull-time, Monday-Friday, Area Service Representative (ASR), and is seeking a responsible, self-starter to provide delivery of products and the service of display/equipment, while providing superior customer service to established retail accounts. Route requires overnight travel, every 2 weeks; depending on company needs.

The Area Service Representative ensures that the rental display is clean, stocked and well maintained at multiple retail location on an assigned route. The service stop includes inspecting, cleaning and servicing rental machines. As needed will implement new and improved process and procedures. The Area Service Representative projects the confidence and safety of Rug Doctor, while extending customer friendly service to those who use and benefit from our products and services. The Area Service Representative accomplishes this in a way that is consistent with the Rug Doctor Mission Statement.
