Job summary

Wealthspire offers a 10-week Summer Internship Program in Denver, CO. You will work with the engineering team on meaningful projects and gain insight into how code moves from concept to production in a secure, reliable, and repeatable way.

This internship provides hands-on experience in IT/AI functions, exposure to development and infrastructure, and a chance to develop production-relevant skills for a career in technology.

Qualifications

• Rising senior in a four-year university preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in college, community, internship, or co-op experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Interest in Investment Advisor and/or Financial Services Industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Investment Team with gathering, organizing, and tracking data related to retirement income products.
• Develop a foundational understanding of capital markets, asset allocation, and key investment concepts.
• Support quarterly investment updates, research initiatives, and other team projects.
• Contribute ideas and insights while building knowledge of retirement investments.
• Assist the Investment Team with ongoing, proactive due diligence on investment managers.

Internship Program Overview:

Location: Denver, CO

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist the Investment Team with gathering, organizing, and tracking data related to retirement income products.
• Develop a foundational understanding of capital markets, asset allocation, and key investment concepts.

The summer internship experience provides interns with meaningful exposure to the financial services industry. Interns will gain experience in IT/AI function, while building valuable skills for a successful career.

The hourly range for this position is $20.00 – $22.00per hour. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
