Job summary

St. Luke’s Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU to assess, plan, implement, educate and evaluate a designated group of patients in accordance with nursing standards and hospital policies.

You will also manage unit supplies and equipment and promote teamwork with the healthcare team. The role requires a Nursing Degree and Missouri RN licensure, with 1-2 years ICU experience and CVICU/Advanced circulatory support experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years ICU experience; CVICU preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Missouri.
• ECMO, Impella, IABP, or CRRT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, educate and evaluate a designated group of patients per nursing standards and hospital policies.
• Manage assigned supplies and equipment on the unit.
• Promote teamwork with all members of the healthcare team.

Position Summary:

Performs the primary function of a Registered Nurse assessing, planning, implementing, educating and evaluating a designated group of patients in accordance with all established Nursing Standards and Hospital Policies. Responsible for managing all assigned supplies and equipment on the unit. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

Education: Nursing Degree

Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri

Experience: 1-2 years of ICU experience. CVICU preferred. ECMO, impella, IABP, CRRT experience preferred.
