NEW ROLE due to growth! Rapidly growing company is looking for an HR Director in the Philadelphia, PA area.

SUMMARY:

1. Design, develop, and implement a variety of HR strategies/initiatives to support the company’s mission
2. Lead a team of 2-3 HR Professionals
3. Reports to the VP of HR
4. Will work closely with key business leaders
5. Travel up to 15% of the time within the US

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 5+ years of broad and deep HR Generalist/HR Business Partner experience
2. 3+ years of leadership experience
3. Some experience in regulated industries such as biotechnology, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical sciences or FDA environments is a plus
4. Bachelor's degree
