Job summary

FORT HACKOCK INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT is seeking a qualified educator for a 190-day contract with an 8-hour day to help lead student learning and growth. The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in education and a valid NE teaching certificate or be able to obtain one with endorsements.

• Bachelor’s degree in education from an accredited college or university.
• A valid NE Teaching Certificate or the ability to obtain one with appropriate endorsement(s)

• Knowledge and understanding of Best Instructional Practices
• Positive interpersonal skills
• Professional verification of successful classroom teacher performance and/or student teaching experience.
• Willingness to comply with ethical and professional standards established by the State Board of Education.
• Ability to foster positive human relationships with students, staff, parents and the community
• Commitment to a continuous quest for quality education.

Work Schedule: 190 Day Contract
