• Hours: M-F 8:30-5
• Location: 1080 Morrison Drive, Suite 140, Charleston, SC, 29403
• Assignment Duration: 4+ months - potential to go permanent

Team Overview: Supporting a 3-person industrial team and 2 brokers.

Typical Daily Responsibilities:

• Support an industrial team of 3 members
• Handle industrial leasing, primarily on the landlord side, some occupier side
• Assist with marketing, especially for landlord-related tasks, requiring knowledge of InDesign
• Perform ground-level support as needed

Must Have Skills:

• Experience with InDesign
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, independent
• Some marketing experience

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of commercial real estate
• Interest in commercial real estate
• Experience with companies like Cushman or JLL is a plus

Experience & Education:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
