Role & responsibilities

• WebMethods API Integration:Support and maintain WebMethods APIs used for retrieving Amazon and BigCommerce orders, processing inventory data, and handling shipment confirmations. Ensure reliable and efficient API integrations across various systems.
• Data Movement:Manage the movement of XML files across the network, ensuring proper data transfer, transformations, and processing.
• JDE Integration:Work with JDE (JD Edwards) tables to support order retrieval, inventory updates, and related business functions that support the WebMethods integration flows.
• WebMethods AS/2 Support:Manage and troubleshoot WebMethods AS/2 configurations for customers, including FNAC Spain and Asda. Ensure seamless communications between trading partners via AS/2.
• System Monitoring and Maintenance:Monitor the WebMethods environment for performance, reliability, and availability. Perform proactive maintenance tasks such as patches, upgrades, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:Provide 1st and 2nd level support for integration issues, working closely with the development team and other internal stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Documentation and Reporting:Maintain clear documentation for all integration processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Ensure all processes and integrations are documented for internal use and audits.
• Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including e-commerce, IT, and business units, to support integration initiatives and provide technical expertise for business processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Have supported at least1-2 Web Methods projects.
• 3+ years of experience with WebMethods Integration Server, APIs, and AS/2 integration.
• Experience in integrating e-commerce platforms, specifically Amazon and BigCommerce, using WebMethods.
• Proficiency with XML file processing, data transformations, and network-based file transfers.
• Experience working with JD Edwards (JDE) tables to support integration processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in an integration environment.
• Familiarity with WebMethods Trading Networks (TN) and integration server architecture.
• Knowledge of WebMethods API management and configuration.
• Experience with AS/2 and FTP protocols for secure data exchange with trading partners.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
