Job summary

Sripadha Inc., a Las Vegas, NV based IT Consulting firm has multiple openings for 10766: Business Analyst.

Job duties include:

Gather, understand, and document business objectives, specifications, and requirements on small/medium/large size projects.

Analyze the business needs of clients and stakeholders to help identify business problems and propose solutions.

Define, design, and document business flows and processes on small medium size projects.

Investigate operational needs and problems, and opportunities, contributing to the recommendation of improvements within the area of responsibility.

Gather Business Requirements Determination (BRD) documents specifications for enhancements.

Work directly with Architects and Product Owners to manage the technical aspects of the IT project.

Participate in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions to gather quality requirements and specifications.

Employ Agile/SCRUM methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.

Requirements

Master's degree in Comp Sci, Engg, IT or related with at least 6 months of experience. Salary ranges between $ 75504 to $ 80000/year. Travel and relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the United States may be required. Equal Opportunity Employer.
