Photon is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst with 8+ years of experience to drive analysis, design, and improvements across complex systems in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate requirements into effective designs, and ensure adherence to best practices and project milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in BA/IT or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in business analysis and system design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with BA tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools (SQL, data modeling).
• Experience with requirements management and documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Work case management experience is a must.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 34,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 120,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
