Job summary

The Shadowfax Corporation is seeking a dedicated employment services professional to guide individuals with disabilities in discovering and obtaining meaningful employment. You will provide career counseling, job readiness training, and coaching, while helping clients develop essential skills for job search success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years of related experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Disability Services, Social Services, Business, Education or related field.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of good driving experience; driver eligibility criteria.
• CESP certification or ACRE Basic Employment Certificate within 18 months of hire.
• Basic computer skills required.
