Job summary

Custom Care Pharmacy is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform repairs and upkeep on residential and commercial properties. You will troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and heating systems, maintain pumps and HVAC, and manage warehouse materials.

You will also handle equipment deliveries and ensure move-in readiness after tenant move-outs. Responsibilities include exterior property maintenance, lawn care, snow removal, and assisting in repairs at assisted living

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in residential or commercial maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with tools and techniques for residential and commercial maintenance.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass random drug and alcohol screenings.
• Ability to pass a background check.
