Job summary

Manafort Brothers Incorporated is seeking a detail-oriented AP/Job Cost specialist to join our team. You will match invoices to purchase documents and receiving slips, verify quantities, pricing, tax status, and GL/cost coding in our TimberScan workflow for approvals by management. Prior A/P or job costing experience is required, Sage 300 and strong Excel skills preferred.

Job description

Manafort Brothers Incorporated has an immediate opening in our Job Cost department. This position is responsible for matching invoices to purchase documents and receiving slips. The matching process includes the verification of quantities, pricing, tax status and GL/cost coding of invoices in our paperlessTimberScan software for the approval by various levels of management.

A/P or job costing experience is required. Previous construction and/or Sage 300 software experience is preferred. Candidates should have mastered the basics of Excel, be comfortable with the daily utilization of technology, be well organized and very detail oriented. Candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to multi-task when needed.
