A leading supplier of bathroom products is seeking a Contract Sales Manager to grow partnerships with National and Regional Housebuilders. This field-based role involves generating specifications for products and ensuring smooth operations with Contractors. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing key accounts and be ready to take on responsibilities in a dynamic environment. A competitive salary package is available, including OTE and benefits.

Overview

A fantastic Contract Sales Manager role – growing, developing and fostering partnerships with National and Regional Housebuilders and associated Contract Partners with a view of developing your own team.

Package

Negotiable basic salary c£45k – £55k plus 20% OTE, car, pension scheme.

My client are a very established and well recognised supplier of a full range of Bathroom products sold via Retail, Contract Merchants & Housebuilders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with National & Regional Housebuilders and generate specifications for the full product range.
  • Work closely with Contractors & Contract Merchants to ensure a smooth supply chain.
  • Stamp their mark on the contract division of a rapidly growing and highly respected company, with the potential to develop a team below them as the division grows.
Location

This is a field based role covering the whole of the UK with the person ideally living in a central location but not essential.

Candidate profile
  • A tremendous track record of generating business with National & Regional Housebuilders and strong relationships with key contacts.
  • Experience in a similar product sector (e.g., Bathrooms or Kitchens), probably in a National or Key Account function in the Housebuilder channel, or the drive and capability to assume responsibility.
  • Dynamic, professional with strong relationship-building skills and a desire to develop their career further within a business that recognises and rewards success.
