Job summary

SAILS Washington Shoreline is seeking a Job Coach to support individuals with disabilities in community and employment settings. The role includes managing a caseload of clients, providing job coaching, and coordinating with the Vocational Services team to promote client success.

In addition to direct coaching, you will document activities, maintain schedules, and collaborate with program coordinators to ensure positive outcomes and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Effective communication with clients, families, home staff, and administrative staff.
• Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, flexibility and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficiency in the use of computers and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients for Vocational and Community Inclusion services.
• Assist employers in identifying, setting up and facilitating jobs for clients.
• Provide job coaching and promote career development to improve job skills.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with Vocational Services Program Coordinator and Director.
• Ensure compliance with reporting guidelines and program coordination.
