Job Overview

RISE Employment, a division of RISE Services Inc., is hiring a job coach to assist clients with disabilities who are established in their current employment. The role supports client development through positive behavioral supports and on‑site training.

Additional shifts may be available if desired. The position offers flexibility and opportunities for growth.

Essential Job Functions

• Utilize positive behavioral supports to train individuals with disabilities in a variety of entry‑level jobs.
• Work one on one with individuals at their work site to continue development of work‑related skills.
• Assist individuals in developing coworker supports and effective communication with supervisors.
• Document training progress, job performance, determine needed supports, and apply fading techniques.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a human services related field.
• College experience preferred or a high school diploma/degree and at least six months experience as a job coach.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Must pass a criminal background screening.
• Must have a high school diploma.
• Position is classified as a healthcare worker in Oregon; requires COVID‑19 vaccination or valid medical or religious exemption.
