Ohel Children's Home and Family Services in New York is seeking an energetic Job Coach to support youth with mental health challenges or who are medically fragile, helping them gain employment and independence. The position is part-time and after school, with assignments across Brooklyn, Queens, Far Rockaway and Long Island.

Job Coaches work in Prevocational Services and/or Supported Employment roles that enable youth to engage in paid work, volunteer work or career exploration. Prevocational Services are not job-specific and are geared toward facilitating success in any work environment for youth whose disabilities do not permit them access to traditional employment.
Job Coaches will provide intensive on-going support to obtain and maintain an individual's job in a competitive employment in an integrated work setting.

Salary: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
