Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized job coaching and workplace support to assigned clients
• Assist clients in developing job skills, work habits, and employment goals
• Conduct job assessments and evaluate client performance in community work settings
• Work collaboratively with employers, vocational rehabilitation counselors, families, and support teams
• Document client progress, complete required reports, and maintain accurate records
• Identify barriers to employment and assist in developing strategies for success
• Promote client independence while ensuring a safe and supportive work environment
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and program requirements

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or other human service populations
• Previous coaching, teaching, mentoring, healthcare, rehabilitation, or vocational services experience
• CPR certification and Mandatory Reporter training, or the ability to obtain after hire
