Job summary

Bond Health is seeking a dedicated Job Coach (Special Needs) in Staten Island for a full-time, 40-hour weekly role. The position focuses on coaching individuals with IDD to obtain and maintain meaningful employment with hands-on training at their job sites.

You will manage a caseload, provide on-site support, and model job tasks while documenting progress and coordinating transportation as needed. Travel expenses are reimbursed, and prior DSP or mentoring experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• DSP experience a plus.
• Teaching or mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate, motivated Job Coaches to support individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in obtaining and maintaining meaningful employment.
This community-based position provides hands-on coaching, training, and ongoing support at participants' job sites.

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week. The specific days and shift will be determined based on program needs and the individuals being supported.
