Job summary

Capabilities LLC is seeking a Job Coach to work with individuals with disabilities at their job sites to help them learn the skills necessary to become independent in their roles.

The role focuses on building confidence, teaching new skills, and enabling professional growth, while closely supporting clients to achieve personal goals and job success.

Qualifications

• Must be able to type 25 words per minute and operate a company-issued laptop.
• Demonstrates ability to transport clients in company vehicles with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background and drug screen as required.

REQUIREMENTS

1. High school diploma/GED or above.
2. Ability to type 25 words per minute and navigate a company-issued laptop.
3. A clean driving record and willingness to transport clients in company vehicles.
4. Ability to pass a background and drug screening (a list of the disqualifying offenses can be provided if needed).
