Pho Architects, Inc. in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Senior Job Captain / Project Architect with 5+ years of professional experience. You will lead technical development, coordinate with clients and consultants, and manage the design through construction administration.

You will produce and manage Revit construction documents, supervise project teams, and contribute to the growth and culture of the firm through hands-on leadership.

We are seeking a Senior Job Captain / Project Architect with 5+ years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and comfortable independently managing the technical development and delivery of projects. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the firm, contribute to how we work, and help build the next phase of Pho Architects together.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate projects from design through construction administration
• Produce and manage Revit construction documents
• Provide day-to-day project management and communicate directly with clients
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and permitting agencies

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional architectural experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills
• Experience with OSHPD 3 / HCAI healthcare projects preferred
• Experience communicating with clients and coordinating project teams
• Strong communication, organization, and technical detailing skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Interest in taking on increasing project leadership and helping grow the firm

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000, depending on experience
