Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional architectural experience.

We are a small, collaborative practice that values thoughtful contemporary design, strong technical execution, and personal ownership of projects.

We are seeking a Senior Job Captain / Project Architect with 5+ years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and comfortable independently managing the technical development and delivery of projects. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the firm, contribute to how we work, and help build the next phase of Pho Architects together.
