Job Captain | Project Architect - Healthcare

Location: 333 Westchester Avenue, White Plains, New York

Salary Range: $80,000/yr - $115,000/yr · Full-time

Assist in designing and developing construction documents for outpatient practices, diagnostic imaging, emergency departments, and more. We seek talented architectural staff who are committed to collaborative, high-quality design, production, and client service. Required Qualifications

• Ability to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Strong communication, graphic, organizational, technical, and written skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and structures.
• Familiarity with Facility Guidelines Institute (FGI) Standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bluebeam, Word, and Excel.
• Architectural license, NCIDQ qualification, or on the path to licensure.
• Ability to develop plan layouts and construction document sets.
• Research skills for codes such as local and state building codes, accessibility, and FGI standards.
• Knowledge of products and materials.
