An Architectural Job Captain with 3 to 6 years of experience on the path to licensure is an emerging professional working within a project team and under the supervision of the Project Architect. The job captain performs specific / limited portions of assignments working under general supervision, works from the design of others and performs routine architectural assignments.

  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Job Captains work closely with project architects, designers, and other team members. They should possess excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, actively participating in project discussions, providing support to team members, and contributing to the overall success of the project.
  • Problem-Solving: Job Captains participate in how problems arising during the process are identified and solved. They support and collaborate with team members to address design and technical problems effectively.
