Qualifikationen

• Proficient with Revit.
• Knowledge of building codes and FHA/ADA requirements.
• Ability to interpret specifications and layouts.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Design of high-rise, mixed-use and civic buildings in plans, elevations, sections, and perspectives.
• Create illustrations and renderings for client and government agency presentations.
• Develop and document construction drawings with plans, sections, elevations, details.
• Coordinate design with landscape, structural, mechanical, civil, code, and waterproofing consultants.
• Interface with clients through meetings and presentations, supporting coordination.
• Contribute to organization and execution of project deliverables within a team.
