Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with educational facilities and DSA regulations preferred.
• Proficient in Revit Architecture; familiarity with AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp.
• Able to work in a collaborative team and interpret drawings.

Responsibilities

• Organize public bid projects from schematic design through bidding.
• Conduct code research for DSA or governing jurisdiction compliance.
• Collaborate with consultant engineers for document integrity.
• Interact with clients to incorporate needs into documents.
• Support tasks essential to project completion.
• Prepare project construction documents with precision.
• Coordinate document prep with consultants, contractors, and team.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for compliance.
• Maintain documentation of code review and compliance.
• Coordinate with management, clients, consultants, and contractors.
