GMI Architects has a current workload of large scale, high end healthcare clients and local, thoughtful smaller projects and we are in need of a part-time team member that can assist the team, mainly in the Construction Administration phase.

We are looking for an experienced, versatile individual to join our team for production and Construction Administration. The ideal candidate is available mid-morning to mid-afternoon (9:30 - 2:30 +/- ) and is well versed in the world of CA. Candidate would be responsible for CA of public projects with existing state contracts for group home design and institutional designs.

We would require a minimum of eight years of office experience and the position can be part time with a regular, agreed upon schedule.

Job Captain

20-30 hours per week

Qualifications

Professional Architectural Degree required

8+ yrs experience in commercial work

Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD Architecture, Adobe Suite, Enscape and Procore.

Self-motivated, detail-orientated with excellent time-management skills

Familiarity with Massachusetts specify building codes, a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
