Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking a Job Captain to join a busy architecture and design team in Midtown Manhattan. You will develop and coordinate drawing sets and manage multiple fast-track retail and restaurant projects.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of professional architecture experience, strong Revit skills, and excellent communication and organization to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional architecture experience.
• Experience with retail, restaurant, or other fast-track commercial projects.
• Strong construction documentation and detailing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting deadlines.
• Revit experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
