Job Details

• Position: Job Captain
• Location: Gold River, CA (and other locations)
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Senior Level: Mid-Senior level
• Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, DOE

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the architectural drafting team on projects.
• Assist the Project Manager with project administration from schematic design through construction documents.
• Produce construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Proofread own and others' work.
• Generate architectural plans and artwork.
• Communicate with clients regarding construction questions.
• Delegate work to team members.
• Research and evaluate data for products.
• Make adjustments to designs as necessary.
• Assist Project Manager in project management.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in drafting and design.
• Minimum three years of experience in design development and contract documents, with proven design abilities.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer skills, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Ability to handle a broad range of functions.
