Job summary

Flywheel Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and work directly with children on the autism spectrum. You will design and implement individualized behavior plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to promote meaningful progress.

The ideal candidate is experienced with autism and developmental disabilities, leads a team with empathy and attention to detail, and is committed to delivering high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Experience leading a team.
