CI&T is seeking a skilled Tibco/Workato Developer to design, build, and maintain integration solutions across systems. The role emphasizes connecting applications, transforming data, and ensuring robust data exchange with REST/SOAP APIs.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and staying current with platform capabilities are key expectations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Tibco and/or Workato, strong problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of JSON/XML data

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing integrations using Tibco and/or Workato.
• Strong understanding of API integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with data transformation (JSON, XML).
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling concepts.
• Able to debug and troubleshoot integration issues in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Tibco/Workato Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing integration solutions using Tibco and/or Workato technologies. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining integrations that enhance business processes and improve data flow across various systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integration solutions using Tibco and/or Workato to connect various applications and systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement and maintain data mappings, transformations, and workflows to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Create technical documentation for integration processes and solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Tibco and Workato to continuously improve integration efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing integrations using Tibco (Tibco BusinessWorks, Tibco EMS, etc.) and/or Workato
• Strong understanding of API integrations, including REST and SOAP services.
• Experience with data transformation tools and techniques (JSON, XML, etc.).
• Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling concepts.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot integration issues effectively.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Languages

• Advanced English (required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in Tibco or Workato.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools for integration solutions.
• Familiarity with other integration platforms or middleware solutions is a plus.
