As a Master QA Automation, you will lead the automation testing efforts across multiple projects, driving the quality assurance process to new heights. Your expertise will be key in designing automated testing frameworks and ensuring that our applications meet the highest quality standards. By mentoring and guiding the QA teams, you will facilitate a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for testing purposes.
2. Lead and coordinate the automation testing strategy for various IT projects.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and quality objectives.
4. Review existing test cases and enhance them through automation, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
5. Mentor and train team members in automation best practices and tools.
6. Analyze test results to identify defects and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
7. Champion quality initiatives and drive the implementation of automation tools and processes across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills:

• Extensive experience in automation testing, including proficiency in tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Cucumber.
• Strong knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) for test automation.
• Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and QA processes.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Experience in the finance or healthcare industry is desirable.
