We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with Azure expertise, who is 100% proficient in Kubernetes. This person will be responsible for continuing an implementation that has already started but is still in the initial phase, guiding the team and serving as a Kubernetes reference for our client. You will be part of a cross-cultural team working for a large mortgage client in the US. Advanced/fluent English skills are required to maintain interactions.

Responsibilities:

1. Craft secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines for our Azure cloud environment.
2. Implement infrastructure as code for infrastructure provisioning and management.
3. Automate tasks, testing, and deployments for continuous delivery.
4. Create documentation and diagrams of pipeline processes and interactions for the infrastructure team.
5. Continue an existing implementation, guide the team, and serve as a Kubernetes reference for our client.
6. Collaborate with developers and operations teams to optimize DevOps processes and enhance security practices.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the pipeline and development workflow.
8. Stay updated with the latest Azure DevOps features and technologies.

Required skills:

• Lead the team with thought leadership, define and enforce standards, and train on Kubernetes best practices, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and best practices.
• Expertise in Azure DevOps platform (pipelines, repos, boards, etc.).
• Experience with Azure components (compute, storage, networking, monitoring, etc.).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell) and infrastructure as code tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for automation and continuous improvement.
• Fluent English skills.
