Job description

We are tech transformation specialists, uniting human expertise with AI to create scalable tech solutions.

With over 6,500 CI&Ters around the world, we’ve built partnerships with more than 1,000 clients during our 30 years of history. Artificial Intelligence is our reality.

We are looking for a Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in React to take a strategic role in shaping how modern frontend applications are built across our entire organization. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside other senior engineers and architects to define scalable, reusable, and maintainable React patterns, libraries, and best practices from the ground up.

You’ll play a key role in guiding the technical direction of our frontend ecosystem, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between frontend, backend-for-frontend (BFF) layers, and broader architecture principles.

An Enterprise Architect (EA) is a senior-level IT professional responsible for aligning an organization's IT strategy with its overall business goals. Working as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, they ensure IT investments support and enable strategic objectives. Essentially, they provide vision, evolution, and communication of the organization's technical architecture, creating strategy and technical roadmaps at the portfolio level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition of React architecture patterns, component libraries, and development guidelines across multiple product teams.
  • Work closely with architects and senior developers to establish coding standards, performance benchmarks, and scalable solutions.
  • Support the evaluation and selection of the BFF technology stack (e.g., Node.js or C#), ensuring seamless integration with frontend components.
  • Serve as a mentor and technical reference for other engineers, driving best practices in React development.
  • Collaborate with Design, Backend, and DevOps teams to ensure consistency, performance, and accessibility in all UI implementations.
  • Promote a culture of clean code, testing, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of software engineering experience focused on React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Hands-on experience with React frameworks, tools (e.g., Redux, Zustand, React Query), and design systems.
  • Proven ability to define and scale frontend architecture in complex environments.
  • Experience in BFF architecture and willingness to work closely with Node.js or C# backend layers.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions company-wide.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and performance optimization for frontend apps.
  • Fluent English skills. This person will lead teams that don't speak Portuguese and will have daily contact with American clients.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in enterprise or multi-product environments.
  • Familiarity with monorepos and shared component libraries (e.g., Nx, Lerna).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and frontend security best practices.
  • Experience mentoring teams and leading technical workshops or discussions.

If you like, just apply and good luck!
