Description:
This company is well-funded and boasts an impressive list of industry-leading customers. They are U.S. based and operate on a remote-first model. The company has around 100 employees overall, but the team hiring for this position is new and small, consisting of only three other Machine Learning Engineers.


As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will enhance their data activation products with an intelligence layer. Many organizations currently use their platform for data synchronization, but there are untapped opportunities to improve customer targeting, content delivery, and timing of communications through machine learning.

A few sample projects you could be working on:

1. Develop personalization strategies to tailor messages and product recommendations for individual users.
2. Create automated systems to streamline and manage customer messaging experiments.
3. Build predictive models to identify users likely to engage or convert.
4. Leverage advancements in large language models and RAG to assist in generating marketing content.
5. Evaluate marketing spend to optimize conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.

As a key member of this new Machine Learning team, you will drive the development of solutions across these areas and others. They are seeking motivated individuals with a passion for tackling complex problems.

Target base salary: up to around $260k + stock options.
