Responsibilities

• Lead the JMG program at the site and implement the Maine Career Exploration Model.
• Deliver tailored instruction and guide students to earn micro-credentials.
• Recruit students through referrals and interviews per JMG guidelines.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate with partners and Advisory Committee.
• Support student transitions to employment or further education after graduation.
• Participate in professional development and school functions.
• Foster relations with local businesses and community partners.
