Job summary

JMG at Dirigo High School in Dixfield, ME invites applicants for a Specialist role to lead the JMG program and guide students toward career readiness and postsecondary success using the JMG Maine Career Exploration Model.

The Specialist will deliver tailored instruction, recruit students, build partnerships with local businesses, and support students through 12-month post-graduation employment or education planning, reporting diligently to the Regional Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience working with youth.
• Knowledge of child development helpful.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications including word processing.

Responsibilities

• Leads the JMG program at their site.
• Delivers tailored curriculum to develop JMG competencies.
• Recruites students and partners with Advisory Committee and school personnel.
• Maintains documentation in JMG database and ensures accuracy.
