Position Description

ACE Group is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business specializing in operational airborne weapons systems, focusing on lethality and survivability. Responsibilities
  • Support the JMEWS IPTL and AUR APMSE by developing systems engineering and integration requirements.
  • Ensure requirements are incorporated throughout development, integration, and testing phases.
  • Create and update system interface control documents (ICDs).
  • Coordinate with NAVAIR SMEs and contractors for technical data, ECPs, and TDP reviews.
  • Assist in SOW development, conduct engineering investigations, and respond to test and integration deficiencies.
  • Manage system safety authorizations (WSESRB) and communicate with stakeholders.
Travel

Semi-frequent travel (CONUS), not exceeding 40 hours/month, to support various program activities.

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum ten (10) years of recent, relevant engineering experience with demonstrated expertise.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Progression in team leadership involving program and project offices, engineering disciplines, safety, airworthiness, and acquisition.
  • Experience leading multi-discipline teams and relevant naval aviation experience.
  • APMSE rotational assignments are a plus.
Education
  • MS or MA in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field, OR
  • BS or BA + 4 years of relevant experience (total 14+ years).
Security Clearance
  • Active TS//SCI clearance preferred; at minimum, active Top-Secret clearance required.
