In the day-to-day operations as a Retail Sales Greeter, you will be greeting customers that come into the dealership logging them into the customer relationship management system and turning them over to our Sales Managers. The Retail Sales Greeter is also accountable for collecting and receipting money and credit card transactions pertaining to the sale of a vehicle. Other tasks include answering incoming phone calls and transferring to the appropriate department/associate, calling guests when their license plates or registration are available for pick-up, ordering supplies, collecting mail and printing UPS labels for outbound paperwork, monitoring and managing a keyboard system for the Sales Managers, and reconciliation of cash and credit card receipts at the end of the night.

• Track vehicle keys for sales and lease returns

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic sales environment
• Must be computer literate and able to navigate multiple different applications including using an iPad
• High school diploma preferred
