What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the forecasting process and provide timely guidance on actuals to support business decisions
- Coordinate all FP&A activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and alignment with organizational goals
- Collaborate across global functions and financial teams to support strategic initiatives
- Assist in the budgeting process and conduct ad hoc analyses for business needs
- Drive automation initiatives to enhance team efficiencies and improve financial reporting capabilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant finance experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in financial planning and analysis within the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with TM1 and BRAVO reconciliation processes
- Previous involvement in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Knowledge of automation tools and efficiency improvement initiatives
