Job summary

Seoyon Ehwa Manufacturing Savannah Inc is seeking a Logistics Specialist to oversee JIT and OneKit deliveries, coordinating with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely, cost-effective distribution of auto interior parts. You will manage inventories, schedule shipments, and work with carriers to optimize performance.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, 1–3 years in logistics, and a solid understanding of ERP systems and tracking tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in logistics or transportation, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of JIT and OneKit logistics management.
• Experience with logistics software, ERP systems, and tracking tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of critical JIT parts to ensure timely arrival at production facilities.
• Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to align delivery schedules with production demands, minimizing inventory while avoiding shortages or delays.
• Monitor JIT inventory levels and adjust delivery schedules based on production forecasts and customer requirements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure on-time deliveries and quality service.
• Oversee the coordination of OneKit item deliveries, ensuring kit integrity and on-time arrivals.
• Develop, manage, and optimize delivery schedules for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Handle transportation and distribution logistics for raw materials and finished products.
