Accenture is seeking an experienced Accenture Flex employee to manage and support Atlassian services through project-based roles. Responsibilities include developing workflows, creating documentation, and collaborating on real-time problem solving. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Jira and Confluence and will thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and Maintain Atlassian services and workflows within the scope of our Support agreement.
+ Write and maintain custom scripts using Adaptavist ScriptRunner and Groovy to automate workflows and processes within Jira.
+ Collaboration and Support: Work closely with Onsite team to understand current problems/gaps in support and help identify opportunities for iteration and improvement.
+ Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems being supported, including retroactively documenting legacy processes that are still in use.
+ Conduct standups with the offshore support team as needed to help prioritize tasks, and participate in Onsite standups as necessary when incidents happen, to help with triaging.
+ Collaborate in real-time with the Onsite team for P0/P1 issues that impact multiple users to help resolve the issue smoothly and effectively.
+ Provide weekly metrics on support backlog.
+ Ensure the quality of deliverables, implement best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement for support processes and workflows.
+ Identifying process gaps, defining/modifying processes to solve a problem in operations.
+ Experience building custom integrations between Atlassian tools and other SaaS services and on-prem systems as needed, following best practices.
+ Proven success leading and implementing projects related to the Atlassian Ecosystem.
+ Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting ability.
+ Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Collaboration: Ability to work effectively and positively within a fast-paced environment.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Minimum 8 years in application management including 5 years experience managing SaaS applications specifically Jira and Confluence products.
+ In depth knowledge of the Atlassian Cloud platform, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, with experience customizing Jira projects, issue types, screen schemes, etc.
+ Proficiency in Atlassian tools administration and workflow development.
+ Expertise with Adaptavist ScriptRunner for Jira.
+ Expertise in writing scripts using Groovy or Java, and building apps in Atlassian Forge.
+ Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
+ High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Familiarity with Python or Go
+ Strong analytical and quantitative skills with keen attention to detail
+ Bachelor's or Associate's
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York/New Jersey or Washington as set forth below.
