Responsibilities
  • Configure, administer, and maintain the Jira software environment to align with organizational workflows and best practices.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to design and optimize project boards, issue types, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Support 4–5 concurrent projects by ensuring Jira effectively enables collaboration, tracking, and reporting.
  • Partner with testing and development teams to enhance visibility into defects, sprints, and release tracking.
  • Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards that summarize project progress, issues, and performance metrics.
  • Set up and manage Jira's bug tracking and resolution processes to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Provide user support and best-practice guidance to maximize adoption and utilization across teams.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimization.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Jira Administrator or Optimization Consultant, ideally in a multi-project or enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of Jira configurations including workflows, permissions, and custom fields.
  • Hands-on experience with reporting and dashboard creation within Jira.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently across distributed teams and deliver measurable improvements in Jira efficiency.
