Job Purpose

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Drive responsibly, obey traffic laws
2. Work as an In-shop team member when not delivering
3. Follow Company Policies and Procedures
4. Maintain store cleanliness and food safety
5. Ensure workplace and equipment safety
6. Prepare sandwiches (meat, veggies, bread)

Qualifications

• Must be 18+
• Must be listed as a driver on auto insurance for the vehicle used for deliveries
• Be passionate about sandwiches
• Be coachable
• Be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and charismatic
• Be able to memorize the menu within 14 days and pass the test
• Have a valid driver's license

Working Conditions

Work in a moderately loud, fast-paced environment. Be able to avoid distractions and practice safety while using slicers, knives, and ovens.

Physical Requirements

Stand for entire shift, lift up to 30 lbs, and climb ladders if needed.
