Position Details

We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family at Jimmy John's! Part-time positions are available in most locations. In-shop crew members are the 'Face' of Jimmy John's, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and quality products.

Essential Functions

1. Maintain customer product and service standards
2. Foster a teamwork environment
3. Provide an exceptional customer and store experience
4. Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact
5. Execute store operations efficiently
6. Clean the store, small wares, merchandise, and physical plant as needed
7. Operate food preparation machinery
8. Follow all food safety and security guidelines
9. Operate cash register and handle transactions according to policies

Additional Requirements

1. Must be at least 16 years old
2. Ability to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly
3. Stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout shifts
4. Mobility in walk-in refrigerator and freezer (40 F to -10 F)
