Job Details

Starting wage is $12.50 per hour. JT's offers an additional $2 per hour shift differential for hours worked between 10 PM and 6 AM, plus an extra $1 per hour for weekend shifts from 6 AM to 10 PM on Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities

Our Restaurant Food Service Team Members are responsible for preparing and serving food, maintaining a clean and organized work area, following recipes and procedures, and adhering to JT's high standards for food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, teamwork, and customer service. Team members will work at various stations, greeting and interacting with customers, preparing meals, and portioning ingredients according to standards. They are expected to stay on their feet during shifts unless on break, and to assist teammates and complete tasks as needed.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred. Knowledge of health department standards and previous food handling or food service experience are advantageous.

Additional Information

Ability to develop positive working relationships, work as part of a team, maintain a professional appearance, and follow recipes and sanitation guidelines are essential.
