Job Overview

JT's Assistant Restaurant Manager works with the Restaurant Manager to perform various tasks involved in the overall operation of JT's Restaurant. This includes measuring business trends, maximizing sales and profitability through staff development, and controlling expenses, shortages, and all aspects of food and inventory management. The Assistant Manager is responsible for the overall management of the restaurant in the absence of the Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations.
  • Develop staff and ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Control expenses and monitor inventory levels.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Perform various station roles, including greeting customers, preparing meals, and portioning ingredients.
Requirements
