**Description:**
The Assistant Restaurant Manager at JT works alongside the Restaurant Manager to oversee the overall operation of JT's Restaurant. Responsibilities include analyzing business trends, maximizing sales and profitability by staff development, and controlling expenses, shortages, as well as managing food and inventory. The Assistant Manager handles the restaurant's management in the absence of the Manager.

All Restaurant Team Members are committed to preparing and serving delicious food. They maintain a clean and organized workspace, follow recipes and sanitation standards, and adhere to JT's high standards for food prep, cleanliness, teamwork, and customer service. Team members work at various stations, directly interacting with customers and preparing meals according to standards.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Knowledge of health department standards is helpful.
  • Previous experience in food handling or food service preferred.
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with team members.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Follow instructions for recipes and sanitation procedures.
